⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give 10 ⭐️'s. Everything was amazing! The staff go above and beyond - every single one of them. Their helpfulness to ensuring everything is perfect and no trouble included arranging a hire car to be delivered to hotel for us. Welcomed us with complimentary drinks. Convenient location, and there is also a smartphone to help with local calls, attractions, and GPS, which you can use. I feel like they have thought of everything, and if not, they definitely are more than happy to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and even included a FREE minibar. Large bath, which was inviting after exploring the city. The bed was perfect! Have the breakfast 😋. You order off a menu, freshly cooked, BUT then you can order as many times as you want. The presentation of the meals, the freshness- chefs kiss! Can not wait to stay again!!

The location is perfect. Centrally located, right next to all of the sights in Ljubljana. The hotel feels like a boutique hotel, which we like, but it is modern, including an electronic room key, so you just use your phone to open the room door. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. They greeted us with a complimentary welcome drink, took care of parking our car, and had us checked in, all in under 5 minutes. We had a room with a king size bed and a soaking tub and it was lovely. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, nice toiletries. The breakfast was included in our rate and it was very yummy. The waitress was super friendly and had suggestions on what to order. Everything we had was delicious including freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Hotel Cubo!

Plus Factors: digital keys; welcome drink; use of local mobile phone with data for communication and navigation Rooms: spacious and next to one another was a great accommodation we appreciated Toiletries: smelled really good Breakfast: loved our all-you-can-eat à la carte breakfast We would recommend this hotel to all and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. A fantastic hotel. Everything was great - location, staff friendliness and helpfulness, facilities etc. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and relaxing. The bathroom was well equipped, even the toilet paper was a better quality than often found in more expensive hotels (because the little things matter too). The a la carte breakfast meant we were able to specify exactly what we wanted though Day 1 was about learning how our requests were interpreted. The staff were happy with us amending the menu choices. Location is great with so many things within a few minutes walk. Reception staff were always friendly and interested in our plans. Exceptional value for money. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Absolutely everything. It was spotlessly clean. The room was enormous. Perfect to spend the day in cos we were both unwell and it was bitterly cold outside. Lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walking distance. Even more within 10 minutes walk. The bathroom had heated flooring and really well presented, however the towels were the star of the show - fluffiest, softest towels ever. Wanted to be wrapped in them forever. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for any of them. Special mention to Tamara who served us breakfast on a couple of occasions. She was so interesting and interested in us, we could have chatted to her all day.
